Cancellation / Prepayment

To secure your booking we require card details, some rates require a payment in advance and are non-refundable. We have a 48 hour free cancellation policy on non-refundable rates.

Children & Beds

Subject to availability and room type we provide additional beds and cots for children under 18 and infants. Cots are free of charge and beds are £20 each this includes breakfast for your child.

Pets

All pets must be under the supervision of their owner. £20 per stay covers basic cleaning. In the event of damage to the room this will be charged on a case by case basis.

Cards Accepted

We accept all major credit & debit cards. Unfortunately, we are unable to take payment by Amex.

The 9 assorted members of our family were all accommodated in the red brick building which was separate from the main hotel. The rooms were ideal, and the beds fantastic. We also ate in the restaurant both nights and really enjoyed not only the quality of the food - but the fact the portion sizes were really generous. Now, all we need to do is find an excuse to go back!"
