A Great Birthday Meal
Great food. The staff ensured I had a choice of gluten-free starters and main meals. Most restaurants do not offer this and the gluten-free choice is non-existent. Excellent service and a really enjoyable birthday meal. Online booking with immediate response so reservations is easy to arrange.

Lovely Sunday lunch
We had a delicious Sunday lunch here enjoying roast beef with all the trimmings. The staff was exceptionally welcoming and there was very good attention to hygiene and social distancing. There was a varied menu and choices of other roasts too. The food was beautifully cooked.

Wonderful Team
Met my partner after a couple of hours of work for a quick pint – What a wonderful welcome, the team here are so friendly and helpful, what an amazing experience, can’t wait to go back. Brakspear should be very proud of their new asset.

Great One-Night Stay & Dinner
We really enjoyed our stay. Hotel and rooms with a distinctive character, very stylish! Staff very helpful and efficient. We enjoyed dinner and breakfast and put it on our list to return sometime soon!

Incredible Food
Everything was phenomenal; from the staff to the attentive service and the food. The inn is gorgeously decorated, our waitress was lovely, friendly and attentive and the food was absolutely divine. My mother and I shared the chateaubriand which was an affordable price in comparison to other restaurants and it was divine!! My father had the seafood risotto which was also extremely tasty. I highly recommend visiting the Porch House! We will most definitely stop by again the next time we are in the Cotswolds

Fantastic Lunch Meal
Took my wife for her birthday, let them know before we arrived, and was greeted by complimentary bubbles and a sign on the table wishing her happy birthday and a lovely seat in the window.
Service was exceptional & the staff was very welcoming and helpful throughout the meal. The food was fantastic and look forward to returning again sometime soon.

Absolutely Amazing!
I cannot recommend this beautiful accommodation enough! We stayed for 2 nights in one of the feature bedrooms and from the moment we arrived we felt at home and were made so welcome by all of the lovely staff members! Amazing food/ drink/ service, very clean, staff could not do enough for you and made our stay one of the best in a long time! We rebooked on departure for December and cannot wait to return! Thank you!

Sunday Lunch
We came for Sunday lunch, with our small dog, which was allowed. The food was of a high standard, the special of the day was braised lamb, and the amazing dessert for two was incredible. If you are thinking this place is somewhere you would like to eat, book in advance, let them know if you wish to bring a dog, you won’t be disappointed
