Governor’s Room: The Governor’s Room perfectly captures the essence of the Cotswolds with its country charm and inviting, cosy ambiance. This space can host up to 12 people seated at a long table or up to 40 standing, ideal for private parties.   

Governors with Private Bar and Snug: Combined with The Snug and Private Bar, the Governor’s Room can host an additional 6 guests either standing or seated on our comfy sofas and armchairs, making it the perfect break-out space for guests to unwind and mingle.  

Snug and Private Bar: If you’re looking for a more intimate gathering with your nearest and dearest, The Snug is the ideal space for Christmas parties of up to 6 people. Escape the brisk winter weather next to the roaring fireplace and enjoy drinks from our fully stocked private bar.   

Dining Room: Adorned with antlered chandeliers, exposed stone walls, and two fireplaces, our Dining Room exudes the full classic Christmas Cotswold experience. This versatile space allows parties of 20-40 people in a range of different layouts.
 

Conservatory: With its high ceilings, rustic farmhouse tables, and homely decor, our Conservatory is a favourite among our guests. Located at the far end of our restaurant, this charming private dining room can accommodate up to 30 people.  

Full Venue – If you’re looking to book a one-of-a-kind Christmas party this year, The Porch House is available for full venue hire for up to 100 guests. Brimming with unbridled Cotswold class, your party can take advantage of all our venue spaces and revel in the historic splendour of England’s oldest inn.
